PENDING Call, Mid-April 2012 (Please do not submit yet):

"Art Out of the Closet" Group Show, this will be a Short Notice Call for Artists

By mid-April Vitruvian Gallery will send a call to all artists on our list and post in various sites the following:  

Vitruvian Gallery is seeking male figurative "Art Out of the Closet" for a group show to open in June of 2012.  

Submissions will be due by mid-May.  The reason for the short notice is we seek the ideas and actual work artists have set aside due to the limited marketing opportunities for male figurative art.  Submitted pieces must be original works, but may be days or decades old.  

Various styles and media are welcome; though our ability to accommodate sculpture, video, and other art that does not hang on a wall is extremely limited.  

A complete submission package with details on submission limitations will be posted on this page...please do not submit work in advance.
